As you drill down into it (all you'll need is the Overview section, I think), you'll notice that the kind of info that is classified that we were talking about is SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information).  That's sources and methods.  And that is not just SECRET or TOP SECRET, that's TOP SECRET/SCI (the black world).

Basically, once you get a TS, you can get read into an SCI level clearance -- but eventually you'll have to take (and pass) a polygraph to make it permanent.

It's not just knowing that Enemy State has an X -- that could be classified but not SCI.  It's knowing that they have it, and knowing because we have a Y (source or method) that detected it, and we also have a Special Forces SMU (Special Mission Unit) that can go and take it out because they are trained to be able to do Z (US capability).
