TownHall.com: Conservative Columnists: Mona Charen on the Arsenic Rule - key fact: EPA says the 10 ppb level will cost $65 million per statistical life saved -- and I don't know if that's using the pro-rated method or if EPA did the dishonest front-load trick again, i.e. UNDERstating the cost. Yay.
